BOARD OF EDUCATION MINUTES – February 27, 2008

1. Call to Order:

President Stoller called the Princeville Community Unit School District 326 Board of Education special meeting to order on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 6:54 p.m. in the Unit Office.

4. Executive Session

A. A motion by Miles Colwell, seconded by Chris Steidinger, to go into executive session at 6:55 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, compensation, and/or performance of specific employees. Roll call: Colwell-aye, Steidinger-aye, Streitmatter-aye, Cowser-aye, Ptak-aye, Stoller-aye; 6-ayes, 0-nays. Motion carried.

B. A motion by Doug Streitmatter, seconded by Miles Colwell, to return to regular session at 8:09 p.m.; 6-ayes, 0-nays. Motion carried.

5. Adjournment:

A motion by Doug Streitmatter, seconded by Miles Colwell, to adjourn at 8:10 p.m.; 6-ayes, 0-nays. Motion carried.
