Mr. Walles’ Classroom Rules
1.
Regular attendance is expected. It is impossible to replicate the classroom
experience missed when you are gone. If you must miss class, you are expected
to pick up your homework in the office and complete it by the following class.
2. Be
prepared for class. Bring books, paper, a pen or pencil, and any other
necessary items to class. Points may be deducted for irresponsibility.
3. You
may not have any food or drink in class.
4. Use
the restroom before class. Permission will rarely be given once class has
begun.
5.
Please do not do any of the following in my classroom: sleep (or lay your head
down), use inappropriate language, damage your desk or book, whine, bully,
cheat, pout, attempt to do work for another class, ask me any complicated
questions involving math, or make derogatory comments about the White Sox.
6.
Always respect your classmates’ ideas during class. This respect will also be
extended to you. Excessive talking and/or disruptive behavior will not be
tolerated.
7. The
Princeville “Acceptable Use” policy for the computer lab will be strictly
enforced. Any student using a computer for purposes other than those
specifically articulated by the instructor will fail the assignment and lose
computer privileges.
8.
Assignments must be completed on time. Although I will offer points for an
assignment turned in late, you will not receive a passing grade on anything
submitted after it was due. Be responsible!
